Eddie Bauerより、雰囲気の良いブルーデニムを使用した4ポケット仕様のユーティリティジャケット。
一般的なGジャンのような短丈・2ポケット型とは異なり、こちらはフロントに合計4つのフラップポケットを備えた、どこかサファリジャケットやフィールドジャケットを連想させるデザインが特徴。

胸元には左右それぞれフラップ付きポケットを配置。さらに腰位置にも左右それぞれ大きめのフラップポケットが付き、見た目のアクセントだけでなく、Eddie Bauerらしい実用性を感じられる作りになっています。
ボディはインディゴブルーをベースとしたデニム生地。
新品の均一なブルーではなく、全体に自然な縦落ちや濃淡が現れており、特に襟・胸・袖・ポケット周辺には着用や洗濯によって生まれた独特の色の揺らぎが見られます。
この均一ではないブルーの表情が非常に良く、現行新品にはなかなか出せない古着らしい味があります。

生地表面には細かな白い糸が点状に見え、少しネップ感のあるような表情もあります。一般的な濃紺デニムより軽快で、ヴィンテージライクな柔らかい印象です。
襟は大きすぎないレギュラーカラー。
襟先に向かって自然に広がる形で、ワークジャケット特有の無骨さを残しながらも、女性規格のPETITEラインらしく全体は比較的すっきりしています。
フロントにはEddie Bauer刻印入りのメタルボタンを使用。
ボタン周辺にはイエロー〜ブラウン系のステッチが入り、インディゴブルーとのコントラストが程よいアクセントになっています。
袖口も同じ刻印入りメタルボタンで開閉可能。

袖を折り返して着用すると、より軽い雰囲気にアレンジできます。
内側を見ると、縫い代部分にはグリーン系のパイピング／テープ処理が施されています。
外側からは見えにくい部分ですが、こうした内部の処理にもEddie Bauerらしい丁寧さが感じられます。古着好きにはこういう「見えないディテール」も嬉しいポイント。
素材はタグ表記で100%コットン。
ポリエステル混のストレッチデニムとは異なり、綿100%ならではの自然な風合いと経年変化を楽しめる素材です。
丈感は極端に短いGジャンではなく、腰周りまでしっかり覆う比較的スタンダードなジャケット丈。
4ポケットの構成も相まって、デニムジャケットというよりデニム素材のフィールドジャケットに近い感覚で着用できます。
シンプルですが、ポケット配置・色落ち・金属ボタン・内側のパイピングなど、見れば見るほど細かな魅力のある1着。

Description
A beautifully aged four-pocket denim utility jacket from Eddie Bauer.
Unlike a traditional two-pocket trucker jacket, this piece features four flap pockets across the front, giving it a distinctive field-jacket and safari-inspired appearance.
Two flap pockets sit at the chest, while another two larger pockets are positioned around the waist, creating both visual balance and practical storage.
The 100% cotton denim has developed attractive natural fading throughout the garment.
Subtle variations in indigo can be seen around the collar, sleeves, pocket areas and seams, giving the jacket a worn-in character that cannot easily be reproduced with new denim.
The fabric also has a slightly textured appearance, with lighter fibers visible throughout the weave, adding further depth to the blue color.
Metal buttons are engraved with Eddie Bauer branding and are paired with contrasting golden-brown stitching.
The cuffs are also finished with branded metal buttons, allowing them to be worn closed or casually rolled back.
Inside the jacket, several seams are neatly finished with green binding, an understated detail that reflects the practical construction associated with Eddie Bauer.
Made from 100% cotton, the jacket has a natural denim feel and will continue to develop character through wear.
Its longer, utility-oriented silhouette makes it feel closer to a denim field jacket than a conventional cropped jean jacket.
